We pack every saree ourselves before it goes out. Shipping is handled by third-party courier partners across India, and we will share your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Timelines depend on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel leaves us, but we are always reachable if something feels wrong.
