Gajagamini: Sage Green Swarnachuri with Royal Procession
By Bishnupur's Master Weavers
Handloom Perfection
Handloom sarees are made by human hands, not machines. Which means every piece carries the natural variations of the loom and the weaver, proof that someone, somewhere, made this just for you.
Description
A green that belongs to forest canopies and temple gardens and nowhere else. This saree lives in that green. A master weaver from the Bishnupur cluster has woven a royal procession across its border — elephants moving in formation, courtly figures, the full ceremony of a world that existed in silk long before it existed anywhere else.
Katan silk does not need to announce itself. On the body it settles quietly, moves with you, catches light in the way only a pure weave can. This is a saree that earns its occasion.
Sourced directly from the looms of Bishnupur, Bankura. No middlemen, no blends, no shortcuts. Only the cloth and the hands that made it.
One garment. Two authors.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
