Description
There is a blue that belongs to temple tank water and peacock feathers and Bishnupur silk. This saree lives in that colour. Across the body, celestial figures float in gold against the teal ground, each butti placed with the patience that only a hand loom allows. At the border, a full court moves in procession, elephants adorned for ceremony, figures from a world where myth and silk were the same language.
Katan silk does not need to announce itself. On the body it settles quietly, moves with you and catches light the way only a pure weave can. This is a saree that earns its occasion.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
